Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. Our 15 days return policy is in place. No returns will be allowed after 15 days of the invoice date. For special circumstances, Our Returns Manager will assign the Return Authorization number.
  • All the items must be in original condition as they were upon your receipt.
  • Any diamond ring Re-sized by individual or any jewelers other than Four Star Jewelry and any signs of wear and tear will not be refunded, or exchanges and all the warranty will be void.
  • We are not responsible and will not warrantee diamonds that have fallen out of mountings due to everyday use or other reason. We will repair for nominal charges.
  • All after sale items must carry the original Four Star JEWELRY tags. If tag is not present or has been tampered with, will void all warranties.
  • All RETURNS/EXCHANGES are upon approval. Please get an RA# before sending any returns or exchanges. Any items sent to us without RA# will not accept it. Also obtaining RA# does not automatically define approval or return/exchange. All items will be evaluated for approval once received.
  • There will be a $ 40 USD returned check fee. This applies to all checks, Money orders and cashier checks.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable if you used our 2nd day or overnight services.
  • Production on custom orders begins immediately upon payment. Custom orders are NON-REFUDABLE.
